What’s It Like?
The Hiring Process.
It may take a little longer to get hired here than at some other places, but it is definitely worth the wait. The process starts with a call from the HR Director, followed by several phone and video calls with the team. Then, you'll head to Vegas for in-person interviews, and finally, you'll go out to dinner with the hiring director to finalize everything.
This process will help you get to know the team on a more personal level to help you make sure Canyon Ridge is a good fit for YOU and help you find a career, not just a job.
